Marinated seasoned chicken thigh and turmeric rice, served with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and our own yogurt white sauce.
Braised Brisket Chili with Mushrooms
A full-bodied, complex chili, served by the cup. Winner of the 2018 Rockland Fire Department Chili and Chowder Cookoff.
Greek Tortellini Salad
Chilled cheese tortellini tossed with fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta.
Slow-smoked beef brisket cut into thin slices, pickled onions, and our own house-made “Red Eye BBQ” sauce.
Crispy braised pork belly, topped with BLT slaw, spicy mayo, and crackly seasoned pork rinds.
Made the way we like it: Seasoned ground lamb, fresh baby peas, and acres of creamy cheddar mashed potatoes.
