"Malcolm Bedell is a goddamn madman or a genius. I'm not qualified to know the difference, and as long as he is making delicious and intriguing recipes on a whim, I am hardly inclined to care. This guy is a walking encyclopedia of food cart/night market/comfort plates from seemingly actually everywhere and the execution is....excellent. Prices are SUPER fair, the portions are Dave-sized, and I've yet to try something from Malcolm that hasn't earned a massive first bite and a blissful, delicious ‘what the…’ as I become a primal being and lose every shred of my dignity in the transformation.”
